Kevin Izzo joined the VPF board in January 2024. He’s a Vermont native who moved back in 2022 after a number of years living in Washington DC, New York City, and Boston; and is quite happy to experience the state’s beauty once again on a daily basis. He spent his undergraduate years at Connecticut College and earned an MBA from Boston College. Kevin’s career background includes time spent in research, renewable energy, and finance roles. For the last eight years, Kevin has worked in the banking industry and is now in commercial real estate finance at M&T Bank in Burlington. Kevin, his wife Becky, and their Vizsla Indy live in Hinesburg, VT.

Kevin was immediately drawn to VPF’s mission. He’s forever grateful for the opportunity to have grown up in the forests of Vermont and wants to ensure current and future generations of Vermonters can easily access parks across the state. You can find Kevin outside all year round, either hiking, golfing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, or spending time at the lake
